Hospital of St Cross – Rugby 

The post holder will be working as a shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. The post-holder will deputise for the department manager as required. This position is for Ward 16 (age 2-12 years with oncology speciality for all ages)
