An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with excellent administrative and communication skills to apply for the position of Administration Specialist for the Outpatients Programme at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust.

The post-holder will work as part of the Outpatients Programme Team and neurology teams and provide key support to the Programme Lead in delivery of the Outpatients Programme.

Excellent communication and administration skills are required to ensure the effective and efficient management of the programme. The post holder will administrate the programme, including project and task & finish groups.

The post holder will act as a key point of contact for the programme and will support the programme management team.

Experience of taking meeting minutes is a must. 

The post is fixed term / secondment until the 31st March 2019.
