We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Paediatric Haemophilia Nurse (cross-cover for Adult Services is expected) with experience and knowledge in caring for patients and families with long term conditions to join our Team.
This role offers you the opportunity to work in close liaison with other members of the Multidisciplinary Team to facilitate safe and effective care within the Trust and with other health care providers.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing care for a caseload of patients, addressing physical and psychosocial needs. This role also involves teaching patients and caregivers about their condition, you will also be involved in teaching to other health care professionals.
Due to the nature of this post we will consider applicants for a Band 6 or Band 7 depending on experience and support will be given to develop into the band 7 role.
