We provide general acute hospital services to approximately 500,000 people from Coventry and Rugby and specialist hospital services to over one million people from Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. The Trust has a revenue budget of approximately £473 million, we employ 5,639 staff, manage 1,380 beds and 32 operating theatres.

We have created a Registered Nurse ED Flexible Team.
This is a new and forward thinking service that provides you with a substantive contract of employment which entitles you to full employment rights. No previous ED experience required.

• We will consider short shifts, fixed days, fixed shift patterns, term time, and annualised hours- our aim is to cover the full working week across the staff we employ.

1. Medicine Management
2. Documentation
4. Minor Injuries Workshop
5. Trauma Workshop
6. Mental Health Training

To apply you will need:
• A current NMC registration
• Evidence of completing Preceptorship
• You are able to demonstrate confidence in your abilities and be able to adapt to changing service needs
• You have excellent communication skill that enable you to fit in with a clinical team

If shortlisted you will be invited to an assessment centre we will email you a list of documents to bring for pre-employment checks.

You will also be required to;

• Complete a drug calculations paper
• Be interviewed by a panel of two
