We provide general acute hospital services to approximately 500,000 people from Coventry and Rugby and specialist hospital services to over one million people from Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. The Trust has a revenue budget of approximately £473 million, we employ 5,639 staff, manage 1,380 beds and 32 operating theatres.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly IT literate and customer focused person to support this work whilst proactively managing the ESR Help Desk, dealing with enquiries and to assist in the development to enable us to achieve our vision of being a world class employer.
This role suits someone who has great attention to detail, is self-motivated and is able to work on detailed tasks within a busy and active team. We are seeking to appoint an experienced person to work with detailed systems containing confidential information in a timely and efficient manner. You need to have good communication skills to explain what will be, at times, relatively complex system issues to staff and managers. This is a real opportunity to advance and progress your skills in workforce systems.
You will possess excellent business administration and IT skills and have proven experience with ESR, a similar Human Resources / Payroll system/s or have worked in a Help Desk environment. Whilst being customer focused, you will be confident in processing all enquiries to the ESR Help Desk in an efficient and professional manner and an ability to work on your own initiative.
