We provide general acute hospital services to approximately 500,000 people from Coventry and Rugby and specialist hospital services to over one million people from Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. The Trust has a revenue budget of approximately £473 million, we employ 5,639 staff, manage 1,380 beds and 32 operating theatres.

The Trust is made up of the following hospitals:
University Hospital Coventry 
Hospital of St Cross – Rugby 

The ESR and Workforce Information Team based at the University Hospital Coventry, have an opening for a full time Band 5 Team Administration Manager.

This exciting role is integral to the services we deliver to support our employees with their use of the ESR system, providing and supporting e-learning for Mandatory and essential training courses and the overall Self – Service functionality available.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the ESR and Workforce Information team providing assistance to the ESR Manager regarding ESR based projects and quality improvements for the Trust.

You will act as a main source of knowledge, to give advice and guidance to the Team and our customers, so experience in an ESR or an Oracle based system is essential.
