Cardiothoracic Critical Care Opportunity
We have an excellent job opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse within the Cardiothoracic Critical Care area incorporating both High Dependency and Intensive Care patients. If you have experience in Cardiothoracic Critical Care or General Critical Care nursing at Band 6 level and have a relevant CPD qualification then this post could be an ideal opportunity to take the next step in your career.

We offer the opportunity to join our leadership team of clinically based Band 7 nurses offering skilled, evidence based practice, clinical support and leadership within the Critical Care environment, as well as taking on some departmental managerial roles alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager. With your passion for quality care, you will enjoy the chance to play a key role in supporting the success of our department, now and in the future, by utilising high quality communication skills and displaying clear and critical thinking in this high profile role.
