The Cardiac Investigations department are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Senior Cardiographer to work across both of our sites. The majority of your time will be spent at the site at St Cross Hospital, Rugby, however you will also rotate to the University Hospital in Coventry.

As a Senior Cardiographer you will take a lead role within the team who are responsible for the recording of Electrocardiograms (ECG's) throughout the hospital on inpatients, outpatients and those in A&E, attaching ambulatory monitors (ECG and BP) and the organisational duties associated with these procedures.

We want to ensure that we deliver the best possible care to our patients, so you will have a real interest in Cardiology and in working with members of the public. You will be expected to deal with patients queries in person and on the phone, therefore be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. You will already hold the SCST Award in Electrocardiography and either hold, or be working towards taking, the Certificate in Electrocardiography examination in the very near future.
