We provide general acute hospital services to approximately 500,000 people from Coventry and Rugby and specialist hospital services to over one million people from Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond. The Trust has a revenue budget of approximately £473 million, we employ 5,639 staff, manage 1,380 beds and 32 operating theatres.

University Hospital Coventry 
Hospital of St Cross – Rugby 

 An exciting opportunity is available for a band 6 Heart Failure nurses to join our expanding Heart Failure team based in the community in Coventry. We have 1.6 WTE permanent posts as well as opportunity for a secondment or fixed term contract  for 12 -18 months of 22.5 hours.

We are looking for highly motivated and committed nurses to work across our outpatients clinics and provide home visits within the Coventry area. The service provides cross site working therefore flexibility may be required to cover the acute trust.

We require enthusiastic individuals that have the ability to work within our friendly teams. The Heart Failure service is continuously developing its service and we require nurses who have the ambition to help drive these changes and help expand the service we offer.

If you are motivated to deliver high standards of care and have the personal qualities and characteristics laid down in the trust values then this could be the post for you.

Being able to drive with access to a car is a necessity for this role.
